All About Eve

This summer I have been working for a beautiful boutique in Reigate called All About Eve.
All About Eve sells girly, french style furnishings, interiors and accessories, some of which are new, some are vintage and others are restored.
Understandably working there, I bought A LOT.

As many of you know I am moving back to Norwich in two weeks time for my final year of University, so I had my beautiful new house in mind when I made a lot of the purchases!

In September you will see my new room full of beautiful 'All About Eve' furnishings, but until then this is the shop! Make sure you have a look - it sells the most GORGEOUS things.

Lantern loving.

I fell absolutely head over heels in love with lanterns this summer. Whether they're small or large, lanterns decorate the house and the garden BEAUTIFULLY.

The beautiful lantern selection above are from All About Eve:

Bill's Kitchen

One of my top favourite munching spots is Bill's Kitchen, near home in the heart of Brighton.

Bill's is a wonderful restaurant boasting the best grub from breakfast till supper in a cool hardware store that's been restored with shabby chic decor. Bill's vibe is relaxed and friendly, full of hipsters and cool yuppies having late breakfasts and relaxed business meetings over a green tea and some flatbread.

Bill's is not only a restaurant but also a wonderful food shop; selling jars, packets and tins of home made Bill's produce ranging from jams to tea to organic olive oil. Even if you don't like shopping whilst you eat, all the produce is displayed so beautifully and adds to the artisan feel of the place!

My favourite meal there is the ginormous cheeseburger with home made chips and a very fresh green tea to make me feel a liiiitttle healthier.

Hand painted signs

Painted wooden signs are a beautiful addition to any house and they can be personalised! I am in the process of getting a small white painted sign made for each room of my house. I just LOVE them.

Mason Jars

My pinterest and twitter is covered in pictures of people serving drinks in decorated mason jars and I thought it looked fantastic. So I went online and ordered myself some. They are such a wonderful alternative to a glass and give a really cool country vibe.

If you're a student like me and probably shouldn't spend all that money on what is essentially a jam jar, there is a cheaper alternative: Grab an old jam jar, tie some ribbon around it, put in a beautiful paper straw and then fill up with whatever your summer drink is and there you go.
